Posture Strength with Tubes/Back/Legs
Resistance tubes are a great way to vary your workouts. These convenient devices provides the muscles with a different stimuli than that of free weights. Though tubes can’t serve as a replacement for free weights, their still worth their value in resistance. Tubes can still strengthen your muscles, allow for much more versatility than free weights, and are small and potable enough for travel.
