If you are new to PCM Foam Training, 3 Sticks is a great formation to start with. Experience easy exercise/rest transitions, isolated core work, weightless effects, and so much more.

This foam formation supports the body at pivoting points. Allowing for the most freedom and range of motion movements, you feel as if you are exercising in mid-air. The balance factor also allows for unique core and exercise pressures that are unique to this formation.

​This foam formation allows for more precise spot targeting. Regroup and restore muscles groups  while leveling the body and minimizing form compensations.
